Proposal for commercialization by Gauss Corporation

Gauss's greatest strengths are its development capabilities and application skills.

At Gauss Corporation, we offer proposals for the commercialization of various raw materials. Leveraging our strengths in development and application, we utilize a variety of know-how to create new functions through the combination of different materials, the addition of special elements, reforming firing patterns, and the advantages of shape freedom through layered molding and mold design. The dream of product development is realized through powder injection molding. Please feel free to consult us if you have any requests. 【Commercialization Proposals】 ■ Weight reduction ■ Micro parts and complex shapes ■ High thermal conductivity, insulation, high strength ■ Nickel-free stainless steel ■ Biocompatible ceramics, etc. *For more details, please refer to our catalog or feel free to contact us.

Reusing waste wood powder. Environmentally conscious 'MIRAIWOOD'.

The main component is plant-derived (plant-based biomass component 73.3%), making it an environmentally friendly sustainable circular material.

Achieved mass production with 73.3% plant-based biomass components, with over 85% of the volume being wood powder. *In terms of specific gravity, wood powder constitutes 51%. An environmentally friendly sustainable circular material that is upcycled and recyclable. To preserve our society for generations to come, we have developed sustainable environmental materials from discarded waste wood. ■MIRAIWOOD is an upcycled injection molding material primarily made from plant-derived components. With over 90% of its volume being wood powder (wood is light, so it has a specific gravity of over 51%), it can be treated as a "wood product" despite being injection molded. ■We independently developed injection molding technology for wood plastic and established mass production technology in the late 2010s. We quickly succeeded in the practical application and mass production of injection molding, which was considered difficult due to fluidity issues in existing wood plastics. ■Founded in 1946, our products are produced in high-quality domestic factories in Japan, making MIRAIWOOD a plant-based environmental material originating from Japan. MIRAIWOOD is a product of Ryoka Sangyo Co., Ltd., which has a wealth of production experience. We maintain consistent production in our own factories and partner factories in Japan.
